DOJ Sues Boston and Mayor Michelle Wu ’07 Over Sanctuary City Policy
The forty-fourth annual athletic meet of the New York Athletic Club will take place at Travers Island, Pelham Manor, N. Y., Saturday, June 8. These games are only open to members of amateur athletic clubs, and are to be governed by the rules of the A. A. U. No persons will be admitted to the grounds except by invitation. Special trains and boats will reach the grounds before the games. All the events are scratch; gold medals will be given to firsts, silver to seconds and bronze to thirds. Entrance fee one dollar per man for each event. Entries close Saturday, May 31. The events will be as follows: runs; 100 yards, 220 yards, 440 yards, 600 yards, 880 yards, mile; hurdle races, 120 yards and 220 yards; weight putting, 16 lb. shot and 16 lb. hammer; running high and running broad jumps; pole vault and obstacle race.
