The Harvard Rowing Club will hold races for four oars and compromise singles in the Basin probably Saturday afternoon, May 24. The course will be from the Harvard Bridge to the Union Boat Club, and entries may be made in the blue book at the Weld Boat House. Entrance, payable to janitor, is $2.00 for a crew, and 50 cents for a single. Coxwains will be supplied the crews in the races, and the crews entering will be given the precedence in engaging boats, and may engage them daily from now till date of the race. The races will be in two classes,- junior and senior. Any man who his rowed in a class or university crew entering as a senior, and one such man in a boat will necessitate that boat entering the senior race.
