Deutscher Verein Lecture Tonight.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

It has been requested that attention be called to the exceptional interest that attaches to the personality of Dr. Julius Goebel, the speaker at the public meeting of the Deutscher Verein this evening. Dr. Goebel, formerly lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, is now editor of the Belletristische Journal, the leading German literary periodical in this country. He is an unusually good speaker, and was one of the favorite public lecturers at Baltimore. He will speak upon "The Poetry of Walther von der Vogelweide."
