The student committee appointed by the trustees of the Weld Boat House have drawn up a rovisional constitution and bye-laws to govern the proposed boat club. These were submitted to the trustees and yesterday were revised and returned to the committee, with the approval of the trustees. A mass meeting will be called on next Wednesday to act upon the constitution and bye-laws, which will be published in full in Tuesday's CRIMSON. At the meeting officers will be elected and some details settled. The committee is made up as follows: R. F. Herrick, '90, S. Dexter, 1st, '90, W. Wells, '90. M. Williams, Jr., '91. S. Parker, '91, N. Rantoul, '92, B. W. Trafford, '93, D. O. Earle, '93. The trustees are Messrs. Wm. H. Forbes, B. W. Crowninshied, R. S. Peabody, Robert Bacon, and J. J. Storrow, Jr.

Mr. Quincy is expected to address the club in the near future.
