Final Instructions to H. A. A. Men.

A meeting of the H. A. A. contestants in the B. A. A. Games this evening was held at 4.15 yesterday in the trophy room. Mr. Lathrop gave the men, many of whom will run for the first time in public athletic games, instructions in regard to starting, avoiding fouls, and finishing. The first race (quarter mile) will be started at 7.00. The men will leave here at 6 o'clock. Mr. Lathrop is one of the official timers. All the men will wear the Mott Haven team band.
