The freshman and Law school nines played a tie game on Jarvis yesterday, the score being six to six. Only five innings were played so as to allow time for the lacrosse team to practice. At the beginning of the fifth inning the freshmen were three runs ahead, but in that inning the Law school men batted well, and, aided by a combination of errors on the part of Ninety-two, secured three runs, tieing the score. The batteries were, Ninety-two, Spaulding pitcher, Hollis catcher; the Law school, Austrian pitcher, Thayer catcher.
