Library Regulations.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The library authorities have determined to permit no longer the use of dictionaries at the tables for assistance in translating. These are put on the delivery room shelves with other reference books, for such use as can be made at the shelves. The authorities intend also to prevent the continuous use of the manuals and texts in study, and in the class rooms.
