Mr. J. G. Bonrinot, clerk of the Canadian House of Commons and fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, will lecture this evening on the Relation between Canada and the United States. Mr. Bourinot is an eminent authority on Canadian constitutional questions and his paper read before the Historical Society last week showed great familiarity with his subject. The same paper has since been read at Johns Hopkins University. The lecture tonight will touch on extradition, the fishery treaty and other questions of present interest.
