The Exeter club held a regular meeting in the Delta Upsilon rooms last evening. The resignation of the president, McKean, '90, who will be unable to return to college again this year on account of ill health, was accepted. R. R. Endicott, '90, was elected to fill the vacancy. The secretary reported that arrangements had been made to hold a union dinner with the New England Association of the Exeter alumni. This dinner will take the place of the annual Exeter alumni dinner and will probably be held on March 27th at the Parker house.
