The Y. M. C. A. of Boston has hired the Union ball grounds on Dartmouth street and converted them into a field for the enjoyment of open air athletic sports. Bicycle riding, hand ball, base ball, tennis and pedestrianism are indulged in every afternoon. Last night the executive and other committees connected with the society met to arrange for conducting the field sports which are to take place on June 16. These games will be open to all amateurs and entries will be received by Mr. L. F. Small, Association Gymnasium, Boston.
