Prize Songs at Yale.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The following prizes have been of fered by the Yale Glee Club to any member of Yale University:

Fifteen (15) dollars for the best words for a humorous song.

Fifteen (15) dollars for the best words for a college song.

The work must be sent in on or before May 10, 1888.

The Club reserves the right to use and publish any of the compositions.

This plan of offering prizes is an excellent one and cannot fail to promote the interest already felt in musical matters at Yale. There is no reason why it should not commend itself to men at Harvard.
