Deturs for scholarship during 1887-88 were awarded to the following sophomores: Gulick, Slattery, H. A. Davis, Weeks, Tallant, Page, McKenzie, Wright, Mix, Powers, Hall, Howard, Babbitt, Brown, R. B. Hale, Cannon, Robinson, Sawyer, Brackett, Burlingham, Cummings, Beer, Burr, Dudley, Mack, E. O. Parker, Phinney, Parsons. Besides these, deters were given to five juniors who did not receive them in their sophomore year, and who have made decided improvement in scholarship during the past year. They are Eaton, Irwin, Duncan, Roberts, Gill.
