The board of Trustees at Cornell University have decided to erect a new chemical laboratory and have appropriated $80,000 from the permanent funds of the university for this purpose. The great increase in the number of student during the past few years has made the new building a necessity. This laboratory, will be begun at once and will be the fourth building which is in progress on the Cornell campus. The trustees on the Cornell campus.
