The Yale-Wesleyan championship game was played at New Haven, Saturday and resulted in a crushing defeat for Wesleyan. Yale's team work, running and dodging were perfect, and Wesleyan, though playing a stronger game than against Princeton and Harvard, were helpless. The teams were as follows:

Yale.- Stagg, Hartwell, Woodruff, Newell, Heffelfinger, Gill, Wallace; quarter-back, Wurtemburg; half-backs, McBride and McClung; full-back, Bull.

Wesleyan.- Crane, Johnson, Eaton, Gardner, Heath, Glenn, Floy; quarter-back, Eggleston; half-backs, Hall and McDonald; full-back, Slayback.
