Last evening about fifteen members of the Pennsylvania Club assembled in 35 Matthews. It was voted that the president should appoint a committee to consult with the members of the Connecticut Club upon the feasibility of holding a debate between the two clubs.

It was also voted that a new election of officers should take place at the next meeting of the society; this meeting to take place one week after date instead of two weeks.

Mr. H. Barber L. S., was elected a member of the society. The resignation from the society of Mr. J. B. Scott was accepted.
