We, the members of the first-year class of the Harvard Law School, having learned with regret of the death of our late fellow-student, Elliot Perkins Hood, unanimously express our earnest sorrow at the loss of one whom we had earned not only to admire for his intellectual ability, but to like and respect for his manly character and courteous bearing.
