I. Woman Suffrage would benefit home and state, (a) by promoting moral legislation, (b) by abolishing boss rule. (c) Women could and would more thoroughly train future voters,

II. Woman Suffrage is just; taxation and representation should be coextensive.

III. We have no real evidence of the failure of Woman Suffrage, for it has not been tried long enough and widely enough.

IV. Woman Suffrage is an economic and historic development. (a) The rule of force and custom. (b) Both yield to woman's social advancement. (c) They are yielding politically also.

V. Women are now qualified to vote.
