About thirty men met last evening in Holden Chapel to elect officers for the ensuing year. Mr. Wood, '88, was in the chair and was elected president unanimously. Mr. Butler, '88, was elected vice-president; Mr. J. H. Sears, '89, secretary, and Mr. Weld, '89, treasurer.
The new constitution of the Intercollegiate Association, which has been previously published in the CRIMSON, was read, and was adopted without question.
After a session of fifteen minutes, the meeting adjourned.
