The Lacrosse Club held a meeting at Hastings 35 last evening to decide upon a system of training to be adopted after the mid-years. There were about fifteen men present.

The players will be divided into two squads, and each squad will be coached by an old player. There will be practice on Holmes Field every afternoon, and after that exercise in the gymnasium. The men will be restricted in their diet. The prospects for a team are good. There are six or eight good players and considerable material that may be developed.
