EDITORS DAILY CRIMSON: - It is at Bloomington, Indiana, not Illinois, that the Civil Service Reform League, composed mostly of professors and students of Indiana University, has offered prizes for essays on the Civil Service, as stated in the CRIMSON of March 6.
