The Harvard Union holds its regular weekly debate tonight at 7.30, in Sever 11. The subject for debate is: "Resolved, That for the present system of subsidies for American vessels should be substituted a system of free registry of foreign built ships by American owners." Principal disputants: Affirmative, C. E. Bryan '96, C. Dickinson '96; negative, S. P. Delaney '96, F. Hendrick '98.
