At a meeting the executive committee of the Base Ball Association, it was decided to change the uniform of the University nine in some respects. In place of the gray blouse worn in former years, a crimson and black striped blazer has been substituted, and a crimson and black striped cap, the same as the Cricket Eleven's, in place of the gray hat, The change was made by request of most of the players, who claimed that they had great difficulty in keeping the hats on their heads, and it also interfered in their judgment of high fly balls. The cap is very tight fitting and has a small visor, which will remedy the evils of the old hat.
