EDITORS DAILY CRIMSON.- Though the arrangements in the college library have reached such a state of perfection, that it is not frequent that any complaint can be found with them, still I think that there is one matter which might be improved upon. This is in regard to the new books. By the present arrangements, a new book can be out, and kept out for the regular time of four weeks; yet, I think, there is a much greater demand for new books, than for any other. Now it seems to me that the arrangement which, I am given to understand, is in vogue at the Boston Athenaeum, would give much more satisfaction. I believe that their new books cannot be kept out longer than seven days. It seems to me that some such arrangement as this should be adopted.
