A new private dormitory is soon to be built on Holyoke street. It will occupy the lot where the house numbered 4 now stands, opposite the side door of Holyoke House. This new building will have a store on the ground floor, and above there will be fourteen suites of rooms for students. Hilton, the owner of the two blocks on Harvard street, will furnish the necessary money from his superfluous rent earnings.
