The catalogue of Yale College shows little change from that of last year; there are some few changes in the faculty, and a decrease in the number of students, but the course of instruction remains substantially as it was before. In the several libraries there are now 173,000 volumes as compared with 167,000 last year. Below is given a summary of students for 1884-85 and for 1885-86.
