The decisive game for the inter-collegiate championship was played in Brooklyn, June 28th, before an audience of 3000, the greater part of whom were either under-graduates or alumni of the two contesting universities. The play was close and sharp during the entire game, and the excitement was intense at times. Yale won the match by her splendid fielding, and by bunching hits in the sixth inning.
