NOTICE.

At the regular meeting of the board of directors of the Harvard Co-operative Society, held last evening, Mr. Lloyd, director from the senior class.

Moved, As an amendment to the constitution, that in Article II. of the constitution the words "the Divinity School" be struck out and the words "the university at large" inserted in their place.

The above notice is given in accordance with Article XIII. of the constitution.
