The attention of all organizations that have been assigned to this division is called to the change in the hour of starting the procession tonight. The Chief Marshal has fixed the hour of starting at 8 o'clock. Organizations are requested to be in position on Marlborough street, at least fifteen minutes before this time and by their readiness to start at the hour named to insure the division a good position in line.
