By directions of Col. Wellington, the chief marshal of the parade tonight, each division is designated by name of its division commander. The position of the division in line will not be made known until just before the procession starts. This is done so that there may be no dissatisfaction beforehand about precedence. It is probable, however, that Col. Bancroft's division will come about in the middle of the procession.
