The committee of the Harvard Bicycle Club call attention to the following rules, which will be rigidly enforced in tomorrow's races at Beacon Park :
No professional bicycle rider will be allowed to start any contestant.
No coaching the contestants will be allowed.
Contestants are warned that the disregard of these rules will lead to disqualification.
The Bicycle Union and League rules by which this meeting is governed will be posted in the dressing-rooms, and contestants are advised to read them carefully before coming on the track.
The sanction of the league has been received.
