Dr. B. W. Richardson, presiding recently at the annual meeting of the Tricycle Union in London, said that his desire was that cycling should be not only one of the most delightful and healthy of recreations, but intellectually one of the most useful as well.

Some comment has been made on the fact that Cambridge has not yet challenged Oxford for their annual race. However there is very little doubt but that the race will take place.
