Harvard College has recently come into possession of the following real estate by the deed of the trustees under the will of the late Richard D. Harris of Boston : Three undivided twenty-fourth parts of the following parcels of real estate in Boston, viz. : Land, with brick buildings, situated on Union street and Marshall's lane, near Hanover street ; land, with brick building known as the Robertson House Hotel, on the new line of Hanover street as recently widened. These are conveyed subject to the rights of tenants. Also mortgages amounting to $14,400 have been transferred to the college by the same trustees.
