The Harvards won the match with Princeton yesterday afternoon on the grounds of the latter by a score of three goals to one. The game was remarkably well played throughout, and was considered the best game of the season. The play of Sturgis, Noble and Noyes was especially good. This victory once more puts the championship in our team's hands. The following is a list of the men and their positions: Goal, Easton; point, Davis; cover-point, Putnam; defense fielders, Noble, Sturgis, Ennis and Marquand; centre, Williams; offense field, Coit, Machado, Noyes and Creesy; substitute, Woods.
