The foot-ball meeting last night was called to order at 7.30 promptly. Mr. C. P. Curtis, Jr., '82, was chosen chairman and W. C. Baylies, '84, secretary. Three directors were appointed, one from each of the three upper classes : C. P. Curtis, '83, W. H. Goodwin, '84, and W. P. Homans, '85. A. C. Denniston, '83, was elected treasurer of the association and general manager of the team. A committee consisting of the directors was appointed to confer with the athletic committee of the faculty in regard to the team trainer.
No direct conclusion was reached in the discussion over the limit of time during which a player might remain a member of the university team; but, finally, it was voted to leave the matter to the discretion of the delegates to the inter-collegiate foot-ball convention shortly to be held to determine the proper limit.
