The Princeton cricket club defeated the Manhattan club at Princeton, N. J., Saturday, by a score of 149 to 57, in one inning.

The 28th is the date of the Daniel Webster celebration at Dartmouth, when Senator Bayard will deliver an oration. The 30th is commencement day.

The Lawrence Professorship of Greek in Dartmouth College has been accepted by Prof. Rufus B. Richardson of the Indiana State University. Prof. Richardson graduated from Yale in 1867.

We are told that men at Yale are accustomed to read trots to one another for fifteen cents an hour. Cannot the Co-operative Association import a few, and thus break up the monopoly now held by the youthful scions of the Cambridge gentry?
