Division A will comprise those who were in Mr. Gummere's section in Rhetoric and Themes.

Theme I. will be returned with criticisms to all members of this division on Tuesday, October 24, in Sever 5, as follows: Agassiz to Durant, at 2. P. M.; Eliot to Harrington, at 2.30; Harris to Le Moyne, at 3; Levy to Zeigler, at 3.30. Those who have a conflict at any of these hours will come from 4 to 5.

Division B will comprise those who were last year in Mr. Drennan's sections in Rhetoric and Themes.

Theme I. will be returned with criticisms to section 2 (Mandell to Wyeth) Tuesday, October 24, as follows: Subsection 1, Mandell to Penrose, at 2 P. M.; sub-section 2, A. S. Perkins to Safford, at 2.30; sub-section 3, Saunders to A. Thorndike, at 3; sub-section 4, P. Thorndike to Warren, at 3.30; sub-section 5, Webster to Wyeth, at 4. Those who have a conflict at any of these hours will come from 4.30 to 5.30.

Theme II. will be due from all the divisions Tuesday, November 7, at 2 P. M. in Sever 3. Subjects: 1. Origin of the Title of Marquis. 2. What is Money? 3. A Criticism of Anthony Trollope's Novels. 4. Are College boat-races worth the money they cost? 5. Evening Parties. 6. A Criticism of Modjeska's Rosalind. 7. Foxhunting in America - should it be encouraged?

SOPHOMORE THEMES.Theme 1 will be due Tuesday, Oct. 24, in Sever 3, at 2 P. M. Subjects: One of Plutarch's Lives in the Student's own language. 2. An Account of the Summer's Reading.

To seniors: - The registrar will be glad to give seniors all possible information as to standing, conditions, &c., at any time. His hours are, Monday and Tuesday, 3 to 5 P. M.; Wednesday and Friday, 4 to 5 P. M.

Seniors, juniors and sophomores are requested to call at Sever at once, and see if their names are correctly printed in the proof-sheets of the catalogue.
