THE THEATRES.

BOSTON THEATRE. - 7.30 P.M.; Matinee, Saturday, at 2. "Voyagers in Southern Seas; or, The Children of Captain Grant," continues to attract large audiences, and holds the boards until further notice. On Sunday, grand Concert: Levy and the Spanish Students.

BOSTON MUSEUM. - 7.45 P.M.; Matinees, Wednesday and Saturday, at 2. The successful old comedy season has been succeeded by a new play by Mr. Edgar Fawcett: "Sixes and Sevens," which he calls a burlesque comedy. It contains much that is amusing and well put, though the action drags a little at the end. It will be continued until further notice.

GAIETY THEATRE. - 8 P.M.; Matinees, Wednesday and Saturday, at 2. Mitchell's Pleasure Party in "Our Goblins; or, Fun on the Rhine," opened at this theatre on Monday. The piece has been much improved since its first production in the spring, and is now quite worth seeing.

GLOBE THEATRE. - 7.45 P.M.; Matinee, Saturday, at 2. The Strakosch-Hess English Opera Company opened on Monday with great success. To-night will be given "Fra Diavolo," in which Miss Carrington makes her debut as Zerlina, supported by Mr. H. Peakes as Beppo, and Mr. Conly as Giacomo; both are excellent actors. Tomorrow's matinee, "Carmen," with Marie Roze in the title role, in which she sings and acts delightfully, and is well supported by Mr. Byron as Don Jose, and Mr. Carleton as Escamillo. To-morrow night, "The Bohemian Girl." Next week, the first production in this country, we believe, of Boito's "Mefistofele," of which much has been heard from London. November 22, N. C. Goodwin's Froliques in "Hobbies." Not a seat in the orchestra, and very few seats in the house, remain unsold for Sarah Bernhardt's engagement, - December 6, two weeks.

PARK THEATRE. - 7.45 P.M.; Matinee, Saturday, at 2. "The charming Lotta" is back again, appearing here, for the first time, as Little Nell, and as the Marchioness, in "The Old Curiosity Shop." It must be confessed that, notwithstanding her brightness and vivacity, she is less at home in these parts than as Musette, which is promised for Monday.

BOSTON MUSIC HALL. - This evening, at 7.45, will be given Berlioz's "Damnation de Faust," with the famous Georg Henschel as Mephistopheles; Miss Bailey, as Marguerite; Mr. Winch, as Faust; and Mr. C. E. Hay, as Brander. Chorus of 300; orchestra of 60; under the direction of Mr. B. J. Lang.
