AT a meeting of members of the Class of '77 the following resolutions were read, relative to the death of Mr. Dow, who died in Brooklyn, March 13 : -

Whereas, Almighty God has taken from us Herbert George Dow, our beloved friend and classmate :

Resolved, That we deeply mourn the loss of one whose high moral character, and earnestness in study and recreation, endeared him to all, and won for him a position of influence and respect among us.

Resolved, That we do hereby tender our deepest sympathy to his afflicted family.

Resolved, That a copy of these resolutions be sent to his family; that copies be inserted in the College papers, Boston Daily Advertiser, Brooklyn Eagle, and Class Records.
