CONSTITUTION.

ARTICLE I. - NAME.

ARTICLE I.Name.

This organization shall be called the "Harvard Rowing Club."

ARTICLE II.Object.

The object of the club shall be the encouragement and support of rowing at Harvard University, having in view especially the providing of facilities for those members of the university who are not in the university or class crews.

ARTICLE III.Membership.

All officers and students of Harvard university shall be eligible to membership.

ARTICLE IV.Officers.

The officers of the club shall consist of a president, secretary, treasurer, and four others who shall altogether constitute a "Governing Board" of seven.

The president shall be a member of the senior class.

The captain of the university crew shall be ex-officio one of the governing board.

This board shall choose from their number three members who shall constitute the Executive Committee.

ARTICLE V.Amendment or Repeal.

This constitution may be amended or repealed by a two-thirds vote of those present at any regularly called meeting of the club.
