Harry Howard Hill '97, died suddenly Saturday afternoon in California, as the result of an operation for appendicitis.

He was born in Worcester, February 1, 1874. He was prepared for college at the Worcester High School, where he was valedictorian of his class. In college he was president of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity, and was also a member of the Cercle Francais and Deutscher Verein. He was graduated magna cum laude. At the time of his death he was teaching English in the Belmont School, Belmont, California.
