Following the custom adopted by last year's Freshman class, 1915 will dine in the Union this evening, instead of at a Boston hotel. Last year almost every member of 1914 attended, and the dinner was far more successful than the previous Freshman banquets in town. Tonight we look to sec 1915 turn out in a body, not only to dine together as a class, but to hear what the leading men will have to say. The first in a long series of class gatherings, the Freshman dinner is recognized as one of the best opportunities for new men to meet and become acquainted with a large number of their classmates. We think that the advantages of the dinner in this way might even be increased if the members should assemble a few minutes before the hour set for the dinner. Although no informal reception is announced, such an institution would add materially to the pleasures of a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
