Widener Tercentenary activity blossomed early this week with the appearance of large glass showcases in the main vestibule and at the head of the stairs.
Between the opening of the first display on Monday. May 11 and the close of the Celebration, they are destined to contain a large part of Harvard's literary and documentary treasures in a series of bi-monthly exhibits. An official visit by President Connate and the Overseers on May 10 will inaugurate the series.
