Second Team Lost to Andover

In one-sided game the University second basketball team was defeated by Andover Saturday afternoon by a score of 24 to 13 in the Borden Gymnasium at Andover. The Andover team played a strong offensive game from the start and at the end of the first half the score was 16 to 4 in its favor. In the second half the second team showed better team play than in the first period, but fouling was frequent. The passing of the Andover team was accurate throughout the game. For the second team McCarty played a strong game at right forward, scoring five goals from fouls and one from the floor. Murphy, the Andover captain, did the best work for his team, making six goals from fouls and two from the floor.
