REDS ENCOUNTER WRITES IN INTRA-SQUAD GRID CONTEST

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Reds meet Whites this afternoon on Soldiers Field at 2:30 o'clock in the feature intra-squad football game of the spring practice sessions. Today's game, which will be a regular one in every detail, marks the end of contact work for the Varsity gridders.

Drills will continue until Friday, May 5, but emphasis will be placed on passing, punting, and other light work, enabling the Crimson football men to discard their heavy pads and enter armour.

All of the squad members have been placed on the Red or the White squad, and as many men will get into the fray as possible.
