Vernon Brown Kellett '18, of Hopedale, was awarded first prize at the finals of the Lee Wade II Prize Speaking held in Sanders Theatre last night. The second and third prizes were awarded respectively to Mayo Adams Shattuck '19, of Seattle, Wash., and Walter Llewellyn Bullock '17, of Chicago, Ill. The prizes were presented to the winners by Dr. Francis Henry Wade, the founder.
The judges were the Reverend W. H. vanAllen, Mr. J. M. Chappelle, Mr. Otto Fleischner, Mr. E. S. Krandon, and the Honorable Wendell Rockwood.
