High ROTC Graduates To Get Shavetail Rank

Gold bars of either the Army or Air Force await College graduates who are honor graduates in the field of Military Science and Tactics and are recommended by President Conant, the War Department announced yesterday.

For men who do not qualify under these regulations, the government offers a two year competitive tour of duty, providing the applicant has completed two years of college and the advanced course of Reserve Officers Training.
