Golf Team Trials Begin Today

The first trials for the University golf team will start this afternoon and continue through Monday. Of last year's successful team four members are eligible to play: Captain W. F. Morgan '10, H. H. Wilder '09, intercollegiate champion, A. Sweeney '10, and C. H. Burton '09, substitute. Morgan, Wilder, and Sweeney will not play in the trials.

Fourteen men have handed in their names and matches have been arranged as follows: H. C. Clark '11 vs. A. W. Fletcher '10, N. Harrower '09 vs. R. T. Lee '09, M. MacArthur '10 vs. W. W. Bodine '10, C. H. Burton, Jr., '09 vs. R. Hornblower '11, W. B. Durant '10 vs. T. M. Judson Sp., F. A. Reece '09 vs. C. L. Nichols '10, A. M. Crosby '11 vs. S. W. Sargent '11.

Results and medal scores must be left in 57 Claverly before Monday night. The schedule has not been completed.
