In order to avoid accusations of Francophile propagandizing in its new monthly newspaper, Le Cercle Francais has decided to do without the help of a consul of France.
Byron C. Patrikiades 1G, who is in charge of publication, declared yesterday that the policy of the paper will be to "steer through propaganda impartially," and it is felt that this would be impossible if a member of the French government were affiliated with its production.
