The first dinner of the Musical Club, which will be approximately on the tenth anniversary of its founding, will be held at the Hotel Nottingham, Boston, on Thursday, April 11, at 7 o'clock.
Dean Le B. R. Briggs '75 will be the toastmaster, and many distinguished guests will be present, several of whom will speak informally. Among the guests will be Professor W. R. Spalding '87; Mr. A. W. Foote '74, Mr. A. Stienert, and Mr. H. Gebhard of Boston; and Mr. A. Whiting '90 and Mr. F. W. Surette sp.'91 of New York.
A booklet containing a brief history of the club and a catalogue of its members has been especially prepared for this occasion and will be distributed at the dinner. All members of the Musical Club may obtain tickets at $2 each, by applying to R. L. Sweet '08, Matthews 23, before tomorrow night.
