A DOUBLEHEADER.

As a general thing, the mid-season football game away from Cambridge is a matter of regret to the great body of undergraduates who are unable to make the trip to West Point or Annapolis, as the case may be. Today, however, the void left by the absence of the University team will be well filled. Two games, the Freshmen against Princeton 1914 and the Second against Brown freshmen, will be played this afternoon in the Stadium.

Class spirit and deep interest will certainly cause 1914 to support its team to a man. There are several very potent reasons why the upper classmen should be equally anxious to attend the games. First, the hard-working Second team deserves appreciation and support; second, the admission price of one dollar is to make possible the continued discontinuance of the pernicious subscription system; and, lastly, because the opportunity to attend a doubleheader is a rare one for the football fan.
